Joffre Mobile Home Park (JMHP) is a 47-pad Mobile Home Park located in the hamlet of Joffre. The park makes up the majority of the population of Joffre, together with the other 30 homes in the area.
Join our community! With rents starting at under $500.00 per month for mobile homes, including water, sewer and garbage pick-up, Joffre Mobile Home Park is the most cost-effective location in Central Alberta. Lots average about 5,000 square feet. Note: County improvement taxes are extra.
For a small additional fee, we also offer storage solutions in our secure storage compound.
